Care Instructions for All Services
To maintain the longevity and appearance of your vehicle’s wrap, PPF, ceramic coating, tint, or chrome delete, follow these care guidelines:
✅ DO’S
- Professional Maintenance: For the best care, schedule a Clean Mobile Detailing service or join our Clean Car Club for ongoing professional maintenance.
- Hand Wash Only: Always use a gentle hand wash with pH-neutral soap and microfiber mitts.
- Touchless Car Washes Only: If using an automatic wash, choose touchless only to prevent damage.
- Dry with Microfiber Towels: Prevent water spots by drying your vehicle immediately after washing.
- Wash in the Shade: Avoid washing in direct sunlight to prevent streaking and spotting.
❌ DON’TS
- No Automatic Brush Car Washes: Brushes can cause scratches, peeling, and premature wear.
- No Wax or Polish on Wraps & PPF: These products can cause staining or adhesion issues.
- No Abrasive Towels or Sponges: Always use soft microfiber cloths to avoid surface damage.
- No Harsh Chemicals or Solvents: Avoid degreasers, ammonia-based cleaners, and high pH soaps.

Warranty Information
What We Cover
Clean Wraps stands behind the quality of our work. If there is a defect caused by material flaws or installation, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
- 7-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee: If any defect or material issue occurs due to an error by our team, you must notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will repair or replace the affected area.
- Manufacturer Warranty: All materials we use come with a manufacturer-backed warranty. Warranty length and coverage vary by product and brand.

Warranty Exclusions (What’s NOT Covered)
- Damage from improper care (automatic car washes, high-pressure washing, waxes, harsh chemicals, etc.).
- Pre-existing damage or poor surface conditions affecting adhesion.
- Normal wear and tear (fading, minor scratches, aging).
- Environmental & external factors (rock chips, road debris, bird droppings, tree sap, salt, acid rain, etc.).
- Modifications or third-party repairs after service.
Our team is trained to assess improper care, and Clean Wraps retains sole discretion in determining warranty eligibility.

It’s a flexible membership that keeps your car clean year-round with discounted rates, priority scheduling, and zero commitment. You choose monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly, whatever works best for you.
Do I need to be there during the service?
What forms of payment do you accept?
We require a credit card to reserve your appointment, but when the service is complete, you’re welcome to pay with a card, cash, or Venmo, whatever’s most convenient for you.
