Yes, we are fully mobile. Our Clean Vehicles are equipped with everything needed to complete a car detailing service. We can do interior detail and exterior hand wash at a location that is most convenient to you in Utah and Salt Lake County.

How long does it take to detail a car?

Car detailing takes a different amount of time each time depending on a few different factors. The size of the vehicle is important. It will take a little longer to detail a minivan compared to a sedan. In general, we plan for 2 to 4 hours overall time for an Interior and Exterior detail.

Do I need to be present for my appointment?

Not necessarily. If you leave your keys and inform us via email, call or text the exact location of your keys we can perform our services without your presence. If needed we can send you pictures once we are done and for payments we can send you an invoice.

What are your hours of operations?

We are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. You can text or email us 24/7 and our staff will get back to you during business hours.

Do you need power or water source for my appointment?

No. Our Clean vehicles are fully equipped with water and power.

Do you do headlight restoration?

Yes, As part of our optional add-ons during your auto detailing service we can do a headlight restoration.

Do you have a standing location to bring my vehicle into?

Our car detailing services are fully mobile. Services are provided at a location most convenient for you.

Is there a cancelation or rescheduling fee?

We have a 24 hours cancelation or rescheduling policy. Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a $50 cancelation or rescheduling fee. Refer to our Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy

What if your technician damages my vehicle?

Please email us at [email protected] including any images of the damages. Our team will contact you within 1-2 business days for next steps.

After a carpet and seat shampoo, why are the stains still there?

Stain removal with shampoo or extractor is never 100% guaranteed to eliminate all stains. We will do our best to make your car look like new. Please contact us and we will send a technician back to assess what may be done next.

Do you offer a multi vehicle discount?

Yes! Please call, text or email us and we can apply a discount for multiple vehicles serviced at the same address.

Do I need to pay upfront to schedule an appointment?

There is a $50 deposit that will be collected at the time of scheduling your appointment. That deposit will be applied towards to cost of your services.

How soon can I book an appointment?

How long does it take to process a refund?

We ask you to allow up to 5-7 business days for a refund to show up in your bank account. Our staff will process those as fast as possible and from there it takes some time for the banks to handle it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. In addition, we also accept Cash App, Venmo and Cash.

Is tipping mandatory?

No. It is completely optional.

How do I know when my Clean technician is on their way or has arrived?

Your technician will keep you updated via Text or Phone Call when they are on their way or have arrived. Our system also sends automatic reminders via email and Text.

How long does each car detailing take?

On average our appointments take 2-3 hours. Time will vary based on vehicle size and condition. Our service professionals will communicate all that with you at the start of your mobile detailing service.
