Ceramic Coating Care Instructions

Congratulations!
You’ve taken the proactive step of protecting your vehicle with Clean Ceramic Coating. Clean is an authorized installer for P&S Detail Products using LEGEND- A Premium Coating Experience. LEGEND creates a rich shiny gloss adding serious depth and protection to exterior surfaces while providing a pleasurable install. LEGEND coating cures to form a solid molecular barrier impervious to chemicals, corrosion, UV exposure, and high temperatures. If properly maintained and cared for LEGEND will leave your vehicle more protected for years to come.

Clean Mobile Detailing provides hand-wash exterior services and uses best-in-class business practices to properly treat and care for the exterior of your vehicle. Clean Mobile Detailing offers our mobile fleet, making it easier than ever to take care of your vehicle. As part of the Ceramic Coating Car Care Monthly Membership you will receive an Interior Detail and Exterior Wash every month. This is the ultimate protection for your ceramic coating investment.

OTHER RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE CAR WASH OPTIONS

Non-Touch Car Wash: If you have a non-touch automated car washing facility near you, you may use these facilities to wash your vehicle. However, we strongly recommend purchasing a dedicated large drying towel, to ensure your vehicle is completely dry prior to leaving the facility – as failure to do so may result in water spotting on the coated surface.

Self-operated car wash facilities: Begin by pre-rinsing the vehicle with water (no soap). Once all debris is removed, select the high-pressure soap, and apply to the entire vehicle. Let the soap dwell for a few minutes. DO NOT use any brushes provided at the location as this WILL scratch the coating and void any warranty.

Rinse the car off with the high-pressure rinse. If available, select the spot-free low-pressure water option to complete a final rinse. DO NOT select any ‘wax’ treatments. Dry with clean microfiber towels prior to leaving the facility.

Warranty Information

Standard 5 Year Protection – Product Warranty

Available when Installed by Clean Mobile Detailing Installer. Standard 5 year warranty is applied to every ceramic coating service unless a Lifetime warranty is purchased separately or the customer subscribes to the Ceramic Coating Car Care Membership.

• GLASS PROTECTION ceramic protection covers the front windshield and all windows.

• TRIM PROTECTION ceramic protection covers the vehicle’s plastic trim around the perimeter of the vehicle if applicable.

• ALLOY WHEEL PROTECTION resistant to brake dust and corrosion, ceramic coating of alloy wheels repairs damage caused by chemical staining, corrosion and brake dust accumulation.

• HEADLIGHT RESTORATION ceramic protection covers repairs of plastic lens oxidation and fading. Maintains clear bright headlights.

ELIGIBILITY

Vehicles eligible for this warranty are less than 100,000 miles on the odometer at the time of program registration. Coverage is for a selected period of 5 years from the in-service date or date of installation. A qualified used vehicle is only private passenger cars, SUVs and light-duty trucks are eligible for coverage under this limited warranty.

TYPE OF COVERAGE:
This LIMITED 5-year Warranty Agreement is a Product Warranty and is not an insurance policy. Clean Mobile Detailing, LLC. offers a warranty to its customers in the event of a loss suffered due to a defect in material or workmanship for the provided products. In the event one of these products fails to perform as specified, we will provide repairs according to our terms and conditions.

REPAIR OBLIGATIONS:
If a claim is made by the customer requesting a repair, Clean Mobile Detailing has sole discretion in determining and processing repair procedures including inspection of care to paint, wheels, trim, glass and headlights.

Vehicles will be inspected by our staff of authorized professionals. If damage is indicated and DOES NOT qualify for warranty due to improper care of paint, wheels, glass, and/or headlights this warranty shall be void and null UNLESS additional treatment and protection is reapplied to the vehicle at the expense of the customer (costs will vary based on damage).

If damage is indicated and qualifies for repair, we will discuss the repair procedure and process to begin the repair. Clean Mobile Detailing has no obligation towards inconvenience, lodging, wages, food, costs during time of repair or transportation costs.

LIFETIME – Product Warranty

Available when Installed by Clean Mobile Detailing Installer. Lifetime warranty is purchased separately or applied as long as the customer is subscribed to our Ceramic Coating Car Care Membership.

Coverage is for a selected period of LIFETIME from the in-service date or date of installation. A qualified used vehicle is only a private passenger coupe/sedan, SUV, minivan or equivalent, and truck will be eligible for coverage under this limited warranty.

This LIFETIME Warranty Agreement is a Product Warranty and is not an insurance policy. Clean Mobile Detailing, LLC. offers a warranty to its customers in the event of a loss suffered due to a defect in material or workmanship for the provided products. In the event one of these products fails to perform as specified, we will provide repairs according to our terms and conditions.

*REQUIRED REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OBLIGATIONS
Clean Mobile Detailing requires a once (1) year of maintenance appointment ($250) of LEGEND coating to be a valid LIFETIME warranty paid by the customer. The $250 annual maintanance appointment fee will be waived if the customers is subscribed to the Ceramic Coating Car Care Membership.

Clean Mobile Detailing will inspect, repair, and reapply coating for any necessary areas that are NOT void from improper care of coating.

Clean Mobile Detailing has sole discretion in determining and processing repair procedures including inspection of care to paint, wheels, trim, glass, and headlights. If damage is indicated and DOES NOT qualify for warranty due to improper care of paint, wheels, glass, and/or headlights this warranty shall be void and null UNLESS additional treatment and protection is reapplied to the vehicle at the expense of the customer (costs will vary based on damage).

If damage is indicated and qualifies for repair, we will discuss the repair procedure and process to begin the repair.

Clean Mobile Detailing has no obligation towards inconvenience, lodging, wages, food, costs during time of repair or transportation costs.
